Hotel CYRO
*General rules to be followed by all accommodated guests.
1. To Check-In, each person is asked to present a valid identity document (ID card or passport) and fill in the registration card.
2. The hotel provides quality services with appropriate level of the hotel class.
3. Unless otherwise agreed, the arrival time for Check-In is set from 2 pm.
4. Guest is required to pay for the accommodation and used services of the hotel, corresponding to his confirmed booking, or the pricelist. When accommodation extended, nights will be charged as per actual Rack Rate.
5. The hotel has the right to demand payment from the guest in advance.
6. Guest, who does not have the accommodation booked in advance and does not provide the credit card details, is required to pay the amount of accommodation on the day of arrival.
7. The hotel is responsible for guest´s items, only if they were stored in a place dedicated to this purpose, confirmed with a signature and certificate of deposit.
8. When guest is visited by another person, who is not a hotel guest, is allowed to enter his room, only when an ID card is presented, otherwise will be allowed to enter only a public areas.
9. From 10:00pm to 7:00am are guests asked to keep the silent hours.
10. Hotel guests are asked to respect the smoking and non-smoking areas. All rooms are non-smoking.
11. For security reasons it is not permitted to use own appliances. The exception are: razors, hair dryers, curling irons, radio and personal computer. Guest is then responsible and liable for any damages caused by their use.
12. Guests are asked not to move any of the room´s equipement and not do interfere to the power line.
13. The guest is responsible for damages caused to hotel´s property according to applicable regulations and is asked to report them at the reception desk. When damages caused by breaking the rules or rough handling, the hotel has the right to claim the compensation.
14. It is not allowed to leave children in the room unattended. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in all areas of the hotel.
15. When leaving the room, guest is asked to close all water taps, turn off the lights, turn off the television, close windows and return the room key when Check-out.
16. The lenght of stay is as per previous agreement. Unless othewise confirmed, the Check-out time is by noon.
17. Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
18. Hotel management, or Reception staff will welcome all your suggestions for improving any of provided services.
19. We kindly ask all guests to comply above Regulations. In the case of gross violation of these Regulations, the hotel management has the right to withdraw from the accommodation agreement before the expire of the period.
